Meet the Team
The owners of Stutts & Williams, a site development and utility installation company, know that experience, hard work and faith in their abilities pay off.
Brad Stutts is an Owner of Stutts & Williams, LLC. He received his BS in Construction Science & Management from Clemson University in 1999. He founded Stutts & Williams, LLC with Joey Williams in April 2015.
Brad began his career in the construction industry with McCrory Construction Company, a local general contractor. Brad then spent several years with Edens, a national retail developer and owner, as a regional development and construction manager. Prior to founding Stutts & Williams, Brad was a senior manager with LAD Corporation, a grading and utility contractor in Columbia. This diversified experience lends him the ability to understand the positions of an owner/developer, contractor and subcontractor in the construction process and creates value to the clients of Stutts & Williams.
Brad is involved in all aspects of the company including business development, estimating/bidding, project management and human resources. In addition he builds and maintains relationships with developers, general contractors and design engineers to deliver quality projects to the client.
Joey Williams is an Owner for Stutts & Williams, LLC. Joey received his BS from Clemson University in 2000 and MS from The University of South Carolina in 2004. He founded Stutts & Williams, LLC with Brad Stutts in April 2015, and they began their first project in June 2015.
Joey began his career in the construction industry as a project engineer with HB Engineering. During his time at HB Engineering, he became a professional engineer. Joey’s next step was as a project engineer at Palmetto State Utility Services, Inc., a privatized water and sewer utility at Fort Jackson, SC where he managed all capital projects. While there, he became utility manager and managed all of the subsidiary’s business operations to include utility O&M, coordinating with Fort Jackson’s, and continuing capital projects.
Joey is involved in all aspects of the company including estimating/bidding, project management, human resources, business development, and maintaining relationships with general contractors, engineers, owners, etc., to ensure a quality project.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina in 1997 and brings 20 years of accounting experience to our company. She brings energy and enthusiasm to our team and exemplifies integrity, hard work and problem solving every day for our customers and for our team, keeping all projects moving by handling many of the details of our company. She joined our company near its inception in July 2015.
HB received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2013 and brings 10 years of construction experience in the industrial and commercial industries to our company. He began his career in the construction industry as a Construction Field Engineer with Fluor Corporation, a publicly traded EPC company, where he provided leadership, construction management, and technical direction. HB then gained valuable experience with local general contractor, Cohn Construction, where he managed field operations for a variety of projects.
HB is involved in many aspects of the company including, estimating, bidding, project management, and building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and design engineers to deliver quality projects to the client. He joined our company in January 2020 and is the newest member of our team.
